Daily Southeast Region Eggs
Prices are steady. The undertone is steady to weak. Present supplies and
offerings are mixed, mostly moderate for needs. The Southeast shell egg
inventory is down 15.3 percent when compared to the previous week. Retail
demand is moderate to good. Food service demand remains light to moderate
at best. Market activity is moderate. Eastern region breaking stock floor
stocks are fully sufficient; breaking schedules are reduced due to the
holiday. Light type fowl offerings are adequate for the slow demand.

WHITE EGGS IN CARTONS, CENTS PER DOZEN.
